Murray Newlands FRSA is an entrepreneur, investor, business advisor and speaker. He is founder of a Sighted.com an online invoicing company based in Palo Alto. Newlands is also an adviser to the “Draper Nexus Network of Things” Fund that invests in IOT companies. He advises entrepreneurs and start-ups on various subjects from funding to growth strategies. Newlands is a qualified lawyer, gained his Green Card by being recognized by the US government as an “alien of extraordinary ability.”
Newlands is the author of “Online Marketing: A User’s Manual” published by John Wiley & Sons. Murray regularly contributes to Forbes and Entrepreneur.

How Should Hayward’s Freeway Interchanges be Improved?
County, City Explore Improvement Ideas for
I-880 Interchanges at Whipple Road and Industrial Parkway
The Alameda County Transportation Commission, in partnership with the City of Hayward, will begin studying alternatives to relieve traffic congestion and provide better connectivity for pedestrians and bicyclists at the I-880/Whipple Road and I-880/Industrial Parkway interchanges.
Staff from the Alameda County Transportation Commission and the City of Hayward will be presenting preliminary project information, including conceptual designs, at the upcoming April 24 Hayward City Council Meeting. Attend the meeting to find out more about the project and provide feedback.
