Campo di Bocce is a family owned Italian restaurant and United States Bocce Federation Affiliated Bocce Club located in Fremont and Los Gatos. The City of Fremont retained Keyser Marston Associates (KMA) to conduct a nexus study to determine whether an affordable housing impact fee on non-residential development is justifiable as a way to increase resources for affordable housing.

The City will be facilitating a meeting on March 6, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. to provide an overview of KMA’s nexus analysis including findings and recommendations. In addition, you will have an opportunity to provide the City and KMA with your feedback and comments.
